Quality control by modern techniques The permanent microscopic examination is an essential part of our daily work and ensures consistently high quality of our coatings. We can check our coatings for adhesion, wear resistance, structure, hardness (HV low load), roughness, thickness and electrical insulation. In addition, we offer the metallurgical examination of the layer (cut images) and a separate bending test.  The good quality of products depends on reasonable planned and executed work processes in crucially degree. To meet the requirements of our own quality standards and those of our customers we have therefore imposed the requirements and are TUV certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.  Furthermore, we are certified from the GTS (thermal spraying association) GTS certificate TÜV certificate |
