Components which are subject to high loads are offering wear aspects after a certain time and are replaced by new components.  To extend the useful life of the component it is often possible to regenerate the component  by applying material (rate adjustment) by means of thermal spraying. Accordingly it is also possible to avoid rejections of defective parts, which are produced undersize by turning, milling, grinding...

The coating is partially possible to the required area, material and thickness is customizeable to the application respectively to the basic material. Depending on the material the layers can also be turned or milled. By selecting first-rate coating materials, the repaired parts surpass even new parts.
